Gratitude Heals the Worried Mind!

Gratitude truly is the miracle healer for the worried mind.  It requires  true willingness to be grateful.  This isn’t some rote practice.  I cannot pretend to be grateful and fool my  Spirit.  That won’t work.   In order to receive the healing I must be genuinely grateful for something.

The good news is I cannot be both grateful and worried at the same time.  It’s impossible.  When I can remember to be grateful for things just as they are then I can receive the blessing that is being bestowed.  If I’m worried then I’m denying that there’s a blessing available to me and I’m unwilling to receive it.  If I’m not willing to receive my blessings they will surely pass me by.

Instead of gathering the evidence to support the belief in a problem I can go right into gratitude and start receiving the blessing that’s happening right now.  It’s not rocket science, it’s Divine alchemy.  A blessing is always available and my little bit of willingness to receive it is all that’s required.

I’m so grateful that I never have to worry.  There’s no part of  my life that is improved through worry.  Replace the habit of worry with the habit of being grateful.  Count your blessings and your life will immediately become miraculous.  Guaranteed!
