Today’s FULL MOON offers us a beautiful opportunity to do a healing, releasing ceremony.
Right now is the most light filled and expansive time in human history. The upsets and breakdowns that we are ALL experiencing (no one is left out of this, believe me!) are helping us to get clarity about the areas of our lives that need to be brought into harmony.
The difficulties and breakdowns are actually evidence of DIVINE ASSISTANCE. We can no longer pretend that we don’t know better. That particular veil has been lifted. We can no longer sweep our habits of resentment, judgment, negativity and lack of reverence under the carpet. EVERYTHING is coming home to roost. And it’s a constant reminder for us to release anything and everything that blocks our experience of TRUE PEACE.
There are a number of things that we can do to support ourselves at this time – and for those who choose swift course correction the results will be nothing short of miraculous! Right now, here are some things that you can activate TODAY that will absolutely improve the quality of your life.

Our whole life is calling us to be real, to be authentic, to have humility, to have reverence for all life, and to stop fooling around with limited thinking and self-destructive behaviors. Let us set the intention to release them today.
In ancient indigenous wisdom the full moon is a time for releasing that which no longer serves us. Making a simple, formal ceremony to do this will absolutely support your healing and expansion – and it will benefit others. As A Course in Miracles, Lesson 188 tells us, “The peace of God is shining in you now, and from your heart extends around the world. It pauses to caress each living thing and leaves a blessing with it that remains forever and forever.”
We get a full moon every 28 days, so let’s make the most of that! I offer you a Full Moon Ceremony and you can choose to use it to help you focus your intention on releasing the past and coming more fully into the joy that is available right now, if you choose.
We are in an amazing time – there is cosmic alignment to support our releasing the habits that no longer serve so that we can quickly step into our true identity as enlightened and eternal Spirit.
The simplest way to stretch into the wholeness of your Divine and TRUE nature is to choose love. In every moment, in every challenge, ask yourself “What would LOVE do here?” and then follow the Divine Guidance that you get. If it feels unsafe to do that because it’s so different from what you would normally do – INVOKE DIVINE GRACE.
Divine Grace is the miracle juice. Grace is a powerful force of Love that is always available to you, 24/7/365 and it is available FREE OF CHARGE. There’s no extra charge to stop trying to figure everything out on your own and to get some Divine Guidance. PARTNER UP!
Partner UP with the Beloved, the Holy Spirit, Buddha, Mother Mary, Quan Yin, Jesus, your ancestors, the Angels, etc. Don’t wait! GO FOR IT! Ask and it is given! That’s a promise! Ask for help to see and feel and know clearly – don’t just ask for money and less cellulite!
Right now, humanity, our dear Mother Earth, and all of her creatures great and small are calling for YOUR assistance. This is our wake up call to PARTNER UP and invoke Divine Grace on behalf of humanity, on behalf of Mother Earth, on behalf of the creatures who share the planet with us.
Any area of our life where you are suffering is an area where you are playing small. It’s the perfect time for you to stop playing small. You are a Divine Being and you were’nt given your precious human life to invest in spinning around in our judgments, hurts, resentments and regrets. Your life purpose is to ACTIVATE Divine Love and Grace into the Third Dimension.
Invoke your miraculous life right now – DECIDE to have the HUMILITY to surrender any suffering. Any of the ways that you are playing small and energizing negativity and resentment are creating that suffering – be the great bringer of LOVE that you came here to be! Now you are needed more than ever. You are a delivery point for Divine Love to flow into this world. THAT is your life purpose. There is no other reason to be here. Love is it!
Tag – YOU are it! Have the humility to Love now, and love fully! You are needed NOW.
I invite you to ride this miraculous full moon with your sacred Full Moon Ceremony today or tomorrow. You can invite friends, you can do it on your own. You can make it as simple or as elaborate as you want. Have fun with it!
Invoke the highest level of healing and releasing that you can hold and maintain. Intend to have a clearing of the emotional and mental baggage that you simply do not need another minute! Together, let’s form a collective sacred circle and intend to unite and ride the energy of this passionate full moon!
Here’s my Full Moon Releasing Ceremony:
I start by deciding and declaring that this is MY sacred ceremony. I start with a strong intention to release and clear – a graceful and gentle, but THOROUGH purge – anchored in prayer.
Next, I brew a cup of tea, of course I love my Amazon Rainforest Treasure tea best because it is so nourishing to the body-mind-spirit.
I light a sacred white candle, and write out a list of that which no longer serves me that I INTEND to release. I make a list of what I INTEND to expand into now that I am making room. I do a fire puja and burn both lists, one at a time, offering them to the Spirit for consecration. Intention is everything. Tune in, make it sacred and create the ceremony that works for you. Make the most of it. Your intentions are SO powerful. Why wait to have your miraculous life?
I like to take the opportunity to do ceremony whenever possible and the ceremony of releasing is very powerful. I truly believe if we did this more regularly we’d have a much different experience of life. Too often we hang onto baggage far longer than we need to. It’s good to get into the practice of releasing and the moon cycles remind us to do that. Let’s go for it!
