Stop, look and listen. When I was a child those were the instructions I learned to follow before crossing a street. Why? Because it kept me from getting hurt. I discovered that those three simple steps can actually save my life in many situations, and certainly they save me a lot of pain and suffering when I apply them to everything I do.
I have trained my self to become extremely observant. I observe with my eyes, yes, but primarily I am using my ability to feel and sense and know and hear with my intuitive faculties. On an energetic level everyone can know everything there is to know if we learn to observe. Developing this faculty has saved me so much time, energy and money. It has saved me so much heartache and frustration. I am so grateful for my learning to cultivate my desire to observe well and with a loving intention to be of greater service in the world.
I stop, look and listen with my heart.
