Blessed new year!

Every year at this time I take stock of what I’m ready to let go of and what I’m calling forth for myself and I’m ready to do it again! I stopped making New Year’s resolutions a long time ago – they simply don’t work well for me. It’s almost as if resolutions are made to be broken.

I prefer to set intentions. Even better, I prefer to have aspirations! And I don’t mean some pie in the sky, wishful fantasy, hopeful dreaming aspirations.

I anchor my aspirations in the choices that I make moment to moment, day by day and it strengthens my ability to live from the heart.
