All in All

One of the most fundamental Laws of Life is that we are connected to each other on an energetic and unseen level. I call this the Oneness of All Life or the Unity of All Life. You can also call it the Law of Oneness or the Law of Unity.

All human beings, all plants and animals are connected – all Life is related. We share the same planet, breathe the same air, and drink the same water. All of us. No matter how disconnected we feel, no matter how alone we seem to be, no matter how much we’d like to be able to separate ourselves from each other we will never ever be able to. We are united energetically. This connection is inextricable.

If you don’t want to be One with everyone then you are in for a long haul of suffering.

On the other hand, you could begin to treat everyone like your brother and sister. You can decide to be THE ONE to recognize the Oneness in any given situation instead of waiting for someone else to make the first move.

It’s wonderful to begin to have a spiritual practice of making the first move towards Love in a difficult situation. Go first. That’s my policy. Be the first to choose Love and it breaks the ice, it sets the tone it brings forth a new possibility.
