Let’s Shift!

Yesterday in Masterful Living Class, my teacher, Venerable Dhyani Ywahoo (http://www.beautywayproductions.com/) was offering a teaching about “radiant energy waves” and it was profoundly healing and inspiring for me.

Ven. Dhyani shared about having been at an event where people were become agitated and she was asked to speak. She sang the sound “aaaahhhh” – the simple vowel sound of aahhh and it quickly and easily shifted the energy of the crowd.

I invite you to try it for yourself, with yourself – if you ever feel a sense of discord or challenge – begin singing/chanting the vowel sound A and feel what happens. Play with it and allow yourself to heal yourself.
