I believe that, as spiritual seekers, we have a deep commitment to bringing benefit with our life. Every thought we’re thinking is contributing to the one mind, and as spiritual seekers, we’re committed to contributing that which is nourishing and uplifting – or are we?

Very often I speak with spiritual seekers who are mostly focused on themselves. They are focused on how they feel, what they like and don’t like and pouring energy into justifying their opinions.

If we’re focused on ourselves, who benefits? It is a powerful step in the awakening when we are willing to realize and be grateful for the unity of all life. We train ourselves to always be considering the benefit to all beings in every choice that we make. We disconnect from seeing ourselves as the selfish self and step into the expanded awareness of the awakened Self.

Now is the time of our awakening! Let us share the benefits with all!

Affirmation:

I AM a beneficial presence. I AM love!
