One thing that I have found interesting is that people think they “fall” in and out of Love. This is an illusion – Love is our true nature, how could we fall in and out of it? In our relationships attraction, magnetism, connection seems to go, but is it even possible that Love could come and go? Isn’t that a false idea?
And what if we begin to open our minds to loving ourselves with an Unconditional Love? (Not that Love comes in any other flavor.)

One of my very favorite writers, William Shakespeare wrote so beautifully about Love again and again. One of my favorite pieces is his Sonnet 116 – here it is as a love note to you!

Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
Or bends with the remover to remove:

That looks on tempests and is never shaken;
