I invite you to make an inquiry into your approach to life. Specifically, I’m inviting you to look at where you are coping and managing with the symptoms of your suffering and decide to heal the cause – even if you don’t know what it is. The cause is always thoughts of separation.
Remember that Love is the great healer.
Be loving to yourself. Begin there and let Love lead you. This is no small thing. Being loving to yourself IS an essential part of your spiritual practice.
Think of it this way, if the symptoms of worry, fear and doubt belonged to a child you were responsible for, if the one who was suffering with the symptoms was a precious child that you loved, and cared for – would you let them spend the rest of their lives coping and managing with the symptoms or would you seek to get to the root cause of the challenge?
If you would do that for someone you loved, why not let that someone be YOU?
A common challenge among people is worry and anxiety about the state of the world. That worry and anxiety only creates more of the same. It can never create a healing of the cause of the world’s difficulties.
How can worry ever help? It only makes things more challenging.
As an act of self-love, today, I’m inviting you to make the decision that you’re going to become a NO WORRY ZONE. Declare that this is your aspiration and watch what unfolds. It might be challenging in the way that lifting weights and working out is challenging, but it does build strength and fitness. You can’t get in shape without some challenges, so why let the challenges take you out?
