By “Opting In” to or using the Power of Love Ministry SMS Service, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
DEFINITIONS:
“SMS Messaging Service” includes any arrangement or situation in which Power of Love Ministry sends (or indicates that it may send, or receives a request that it send) one or more text messages. You may review a partial list of covered Text Message Services below.
“Opting In,” “Opt In” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.
SIGNING UP:
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 53557 . After sending the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to 53557. After you send the SMS message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
COST:
We do not charge you for our SMS messaging service. However, ass always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. FREQUENCY:
We may send you an initial message confirming that we have received your opt-in. After that, the specific amount of text messages may vary depending on how you use our services and the types of text messages you registered to receive. The number of text messages you receive may depend upon factors including how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate additional text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request).

ELIGIBILITY:
By signing up to receive our SMS, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and understand the obligations and agree to the terms set forth in these SMS Messaging Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You further represent that you are the subscriber of the cellular service at the mobile number provided or that you are authorized by the subscriber to sign-up for texts.
OPTING OUT:
If you no longer want to receive our text messages, you may reply to one of our SMS with STOP. If you subscribe to multiple services through a single phone number, we may unsubscribe you from the service that most recently sent you a message and/or respond to your STOP message by texting you a request to identify services you wish to stop. After unsubscribing, we will send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message. If you have revoked consent and want to re-enroll in our SMS messaging service, you can resume your subscription by opting in again.
