The submission below is only one of many times I have expressed myself in words. There are times that the writing flows from the heart with ease. There have also been times that I am awakened in the night guided to express what I need to know and do. These moments are always miraculous.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Partnering with Spirit and releasing is a challenge and left an emptiness inside me, some sort of void. Not being able to identify what this sense of emptiness inside was about, I continued to release that which no longer served my highest Self or the greater good.<\/p>\n<p>Several days later, Cheryl Bear, award-winning First Nations Canadian Singer (Bear tribe) was scheduled to perform her inspirational music at the World Prayer Center.<\/p>\n<p>We walked into the pyramid-shaped church decorated with wooden beams from floor to ceiling and waited for the event to begin. He was short, stocky\u00a0and his face was filled with deep lines\u00a0he earned\u00a0living a difficult life in human form. Yet, it felt as if he was surrounded by hope and peace\u2026light and love.<\/p>\n<p>And he began to tell his story&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>He was raised on the reservation and found himself in the midst of the chaos created by his choices which were common choices made by many native Americans raised in their culture &#8212; dysfunctional families, violence, alcohol and drug addiction, disharmony, hopelessness. That was the life that he lived.<\/p>\n<p>Then one day he found himself on his knees, weeping and crying to God. He asked God,<br \/>\n<em>\u201cWhy is my life so painful?\u201d <\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u201cHow can I understand what is happening to me?&#8221;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u201cExplain this to me?&#8221;<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u201cI don\u2019t understand the suffering?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Suddenly, before his eyes was a vision of a deformed baby. He asked God,<br \/>\n<em>\u201cWhy are you showing me this deformed baby?\u201d <\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u201cI don\u2019t understand any of this?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The answer he received was that the baby is only deformed on the outside, but inside there is a perfect baby.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cSo what does all this mean?\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u201cI don\u2019t understand\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u201cI just don\u2019t understand\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u201cHelp me to understand\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u201cWhy are you showing me this?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The answer was very clear &#8212; he was told that with all of his suffering he is still perfect inside.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWell, what should I do?\u201d<\/em> He was guided to join an AA group and was told to find the right person to be his witness. A witness he can trust enough to share his entire life story. All the details.<\/p>\n<p>After several meetings, he was talking to a man with whom he felt comfortable and asked if this man would be his witness. The man was more than willing.<\/p>\n<p>So now the drama of his life began to pour out of him. All the pain, disappointments, suffering, and negative life experiences. He was screaming and yelling in agony during this life review to the compassionate ear of the witness.<\/p>\n<p>Then suddenly, he felt this hand move in through the top of his head deep down into the center of his gut and pulled out all the pain, except one small piece of pain was left inside and he asked God, <em>\u201cWhat does this mean?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The answer was that it is the first tear that you ever cried as a baby, when you needed something and no one was there to help you. And so you began to store all the hurt and pain inside throughout the years. Once again the Hand of God entered the top of his head and reached deep inside to remove that first tear.<\/p>\n<p>Now the man said, <em>\u201cI feel no pain, but I feel so empty inside. Something I have never felt before. What do I do with this emptiness?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;You fill the emptiness with Love.
