Throughout my adult life, people would often confide in and turn to me for advice. I finally made it official and have been counseling and running workshops on self-love and forgiveness since 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Using decades of religious and spiritual studies, work with journaling, spoken word, music and movement therapy and 8 years of managing a holistic health clinic, I partner with Holy Spirit and my clients highest self to propose a personal plan for success.<\/p>\n<p>I learned transcendental meditation after going to workshops with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Deepak Chopra and Ram Das in the late 1970s. I received a certificate in Polarity Balancing with Maruti Seidman, completed a week long intensive with Trauma Sensitive Movement Artist &amp; Educator Christine Serfozo and in 2018 completed the Spiritual Counseling Certification Program with Rev. Jennifer Hadley&#8217;s Power of Love Ministry.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the workshops I&#8217;ve presented include:<br \/>\n\u2022 Self-Love and Sharing the Love<br \/>\n\u2022 Start Your Year with a Clean Slate<br \/>\n\u2022 Finding Freedom Through Forgiveness<br \/>\n\u2022 Restoring Your Flow<br \/>\n\u2022 The Sun is Always Shining (change your thoughts change your life)<br \/>\n\u2022 Radical Joy<br \/>\n\u2022 Soul Alchemy- Healing Ancestral Wounds<\/p>\n<p>Since June 2018 I\u2019ve been hosting a weekly online <em>A Course In Miracles<\/em> study group every Tuesday at 12pm EST. ACIM Comes To Life &#8211; Starring YOU!: What a blessing this group is. And you can join us. All are welcome!
