I began my journey into ACIM after ending a 17-year relationship. After the breakup, I was devastated. My heart was broken. Thankfully, I left my marriage after my son, Matthew’s, first birthday. He was so beautiful and filled me with love and I was determined to heal and rebuild. I read all sorts of self-help books to feel better. This is when I came across A Course in Miracles and found a local study group.
Because I lived in Miami, the rush hour traffic made attending these group study sessions not so fun. A friend of mine introduced me to Jennifer Hadley’s weekly ACIM podcast. I found out she had a show on Unity Radio every Tuesday. I began listening regularly and found that there were hundreds of archived shows.
I started by listening to the classes about relationships. It gave me a different perspective and helped me to live a more joyful, peaceful life. Then I expanded into different areas related to self-esteem, health, prosperity, worthiness, prayers, and more.
When she quoted a section, I opened the book to read more. Jennifer’s podcast was so supportive; it helped me to find a way out of suffering to a place of joy and peace. Healing was happening! I listened to more episodes every day, sometimes even 5 or 6.
I know that there are many, many people just like me who have been transformed, opened up, and restored from listening to Jennifer’s podcast.
This year we celebrated Jennifer’s commitment to consistently share her gifts of clear wisdom and presenting the Course in a way that opens our hearts and changes our lives! 500 episodes and counting….
Every week, Jennifer is guided to a section from the daily lessons, text, or the Teacher’s Manual. She shares personal stories and anecdotes that bring the Course to life! She also has interviewed numerous beloved teachers of the Course over the years.
