I spent years overachieving, over-giving, and over-functioning—trying to be the perfect partner, employee, friend, and spiritual seeker. I was deep in people-pleasing and codependency, keeping everything looking good on the outside while quietly suffering on the inside.

Then I found A Course in Miracles, and everything began to shift.

Through my studies with ACIM and the Power of Love Ministry, I’ve been unraveling old patterns of fear and control and reconnecting with a deeper wisdom within. I’ve learned to trust my intuition, to follow Spirit’s lead—even when it makes zero logical sense—and to let go of who I thought I should be so I can live more freely as who I truly am.

That healing journey led to some big, bold choices—like leaving a steady career, moving to Costa Rica with my husband and our animals, and learning to build a life rooted in faith instead of fear. I’ve walked through the fire of codependency, the pain of loving someone in recovery, and the challenge of releasing my role as the fixer. I’ve learned how to stay connected to myself without abandoning others. And along the way, I’ve learned to laugh more, lighten up, and let miracles in.

Now, as a spiritual counselor, I hold space for others who are ready to remember the Truth of who they are.
