Stop Playing Small
Today I’m offering my Stop Playing Small workshop at the Bodhi Tree Bookstore in Los Angeles (3 to 5pm – register on line and it’s only $22, or $33 at the door). I love doing this work with people. So often when people are in distress in their lives it’s because they know they’re making compromises that they don’t have to make. So often when people know that they’re playing small it leads to a tremendous sense of anxiety and distress that can be cleared up much more easily than they can even imagine.
Today I invite you to look at where you are “playing small” in your life. I invite you to look at where the deep desires of your heart are going unfulfilled because you’re not even allowing yourself to acknowledge what they are.
The true longings of your heart contain your life’s medicine. Ignore them and you will feel under nourished. You ARE worthy of the deep desires of your heart. Give yourself the gift of at least acknowledging them. Your spirit will lead if you will follow.
All that you need IS within you. Look there. Find the Kingdom within.
