I used to feel helpless to create the life I desired for myself. I noticed that the older I was getting, the less energy and hope I had. I had failed to meet the most mundane goals so many times. I had failed to keep my agreements with myself SO MANY times.
The older I got, the more I was dwelling in the past in this sense: I was convincing myself that i was limited. I was more focused on my failures.
When I was younger, i was focused on the future and what I wanted. As I got older, I was focusing more on my limitations.

What changed everything for me was my decision to put God first, and to put my spiritual practice first. It wasn’t easy for me, but I decided to forgive EVERYTHING and I made that my focus of attention.
I discovered the joy of forgiveness and the feeling of helplessness began to fade. I began to find Freedom through my practice of Love, compassion, and forgiveness.
I DECIDED to stop playing small in my HEART. I made a commitment to being loving and that’s what took me out of feeling helpless to feeling miraculous. I began to experience the miracle of Freedom in my heart!
