One of the great benefits of an effective spiritual practice is that it’s literally an anti-inflammatory healing tool. Forgiveness, prayer, and compassion are anti-inflammatory and deeply healing.

Are you willing to have a HEALING spiritual practice? If the ego is driving your spiritual practice you will always feel that you’re failing and not doing enough. If Spirit is in charge, you’ll feel the healing effects!
