A friend of mine, who is a life coach, sent an e-mail out with a list of fears that people might like help with. It’s a really good list. On the list are so many fears that I used to have – fears that really used to bother me, upset me, and motivate me to do all kinds of things; some of them helpful, and some of them not.
The list of fears is:
1. Fear of Rejection – worried what others think of you
2. Fear of Success – not sure you can keep it up if you do make it big
3. Fear of Failure – it’s better not to try than fail
4. Fear of Intimacy – do you stop yourself from getting close?
5. Fear of Loneliness – eat, drink, binge watch Game of Thrones, repeat
6. Fear of Loss – can’t bare to love because one day they will leave
7. Fear of Change – you only feel safe when things stay exactly the same
8. Fear of Being Judged – what will they say if you do, wear, think like that
9. Fear of the Unknown – the devil you know is better than the devil you don’t
10. Fear of Not Being Good Enough – deep down you’re afraid this is really true…
What I know to be true is this:
Behavior modification is not the method for healing the root cause of any of these fears.
Love is the method for healing the root cause of ALL of these fears. Self-Love is the fastest path to healing.
Love is what we are. When we consciously choose to invoke the Higher Holy Spirit Self to help us remember our true identity, then we’re gently led to the ways in which we can release all attachment to the false identity. When we release the blocks to Love, then Love is what is revealed, and our perfection is clearly visible. Forgiveness is the way to release the blocks to Love.
In yesterday’s radio show, about the rewards of choosing Love, I shared this from A Course in Miracles:
“… the Holy Spirit is part of you … He is both God and you, as you are God and Him together.” T-16.III.5.
There you have it. Jesus is telling us that the Holy Spirit is part of us. The Holy Spirit is both God and us, as we are God and the Holy Spirit together.
Oneness. Unity.
Our willingness to accept it is all that’s required. This is our healing.
The Holy Spirit, who is part of us, will do the heavy lifting of figuring out how we can release all fears. We can relax and simply begin to choose Love and willingness.
The healing is happening now.
We don’t have to ask how.
Our only task is to stay focused on how we can extend Love.
And that’s why I do what I do, because I enjoy extending Love and sharing about it. I love when we join together for our healing. I LOVE IT! It’s always amazing and always beautiful.
