Take me, for example. For years, I was plagued by how judgmental my thinking was.
I made myself miserable.
I sabotaged myself.
I tortured my loved ones.
And yet, I discovered that the cause of all my problems were those judgments.
I have gone through amazing healing and I continue to heal.
I can now teach others that source of all fear is judgment.
The unforgiveness is all about the unwillingness to release the judgment.
All that judgment has been turned into gold – it was the pressure that is showing me the diamond in my heart!
