I’ve been scared by so many things in my life. Learning to ski at age 32 on the icy slopes of a Maine mountain was ridiculously terrifying, but I did it.
The worst scares I’ve ever had were all about self-doubt. I had the absolute shakes and terrors over whether or not I had what it took to be a really good, spiritual person.
I SERIOUSLY doubted whether or not I could really learn to live a happy and harmonious life.
I didn’t give up. It was my greatest desire and it still is – to awaken and know my true self without one false belief. I’m getting there!
