One of the most valuable tools I’ve used in my life is to ask myself “how long do you wish to keep suffering?” My answer became “no more!” When you’re done, you’re done.
It’s like the last time I quit smoking, I was just done and it was so easy. I was done, done, DONE!
It’s amazing how powerful the mind is – we can cause our suffering or we can experience miracles and we can choose to serve Love or deny Love.
All obstacles are in the mind. We choose them. We energize them and we can even treasure them – until we’re no longer interested.
