I used to think these things were for other people, but not for me. Ever since childhood I’d been anxious, depressed, and worried about money, all the time. I struggled daily with food and body image, constantly on and off diets, losing and gaining 30-50 pounds at a time. I lived in a cycle of fear and control. I thought I had to control everything and figure out how to be happy and successful. I thought it was up to me, and me alone, and I often felt scared and defeated. Yet under this, I always felt there had to be a better way.

In 2018, I hit rock bottom emotionally: We were tens of thousands of dollars in debt; my husband had been fired from his job; and I was still struggling with food, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, like it had been most of my life. I resented everything- my job, my husband, daily tasks, and I felt alone and unlovable. I was constantly worried and anxious. I couldn’t trust anything or anyone, let alone myself or Spirit.
That’s when I enrolled in Masterful Living. I had been studying A Course in Miracles and listening to Jennifer’s Podcast for about 18 months. I was scared. I wasn’t sure it would “work” for me, but I felt pulled by something greater than my little self, and really committed to “doing the work” to have healing.
Since then, things have completely turned around. I do work that I am passionate about. Our finances are abundant and flowing and we even have savings. I feel calm and trust that everything is working out! Best of all, I didn’t have to do anything outside of myself. All of the healing happened at the level of my mind!
Today, I am helping others to live better. I love to work with clients struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, food, and financial challenges, as well as clients that just know they are meant for something more, but aren’t sure how to “get there”.
