There are all kinds of suffering and sickness. There is a particular kind of suffering many people experience. Dealing with sickness and illness can feel overwhelming. How do you deepen your spiritual practice when you’re suffering? A Course in Miracles teaches how to activate our healing – it’s not intellectual – and yet we do have to work with our mind because all healing Is at the level of the mind. How do we work at the level of the mind when we’re confused?
