This is a time when many do not feel grateful, because there’s been so much loss.

What we can do, to lift all those who are troubled, is to actually take time to be grateful and contemplate anything and everything that we can be thankful for – including our Spirit connection.

Our gratitude will lift our vibration and, because we’re one with everyone, it will lift everyone.  It really will.  It’s no small thing.

All boats rise on this tide of gratitude.

If you’re feeling sad, or angry, hurt or fearful, I invite you to extend Love to someone who’s having a hard time or might be left alone.  

Being of service is always a great way to feel better and to be lifted up!  I feel lifted just knowing that I can send this to you and we can be connected on this day.  

I am grateful for you in my life!

Whatever or whoever connected us, I’m grateful for that connection.  

Let’s focus on holding the high watch for all humanity.  Let’s hold in our heart that all darkness is being brought to the Light.  The Light doesn’t have to convince the darkness to go, it simply is itself and the darkness cannot abide in the Light.  We are the Light.  When we remember and recognize that, then the illusion of darkness is dispelled.

If we, as Light Beings, choose to invest in dark thoughts, validating the darkness the dark will seem to be real, but it never can be.  When people observe the appearance of darkness without doing something to dispel it, then the darkness appears to win and grow, but it cannot win because it has no power.  Only the Light has power.  We are the Light.

We forget who we are, what we are, whose we are.  We focus on thinking that we’re not worthy of our own true identity.  We convince ourselves that we’re unworthy of Love, holiness, perfection, true Beauty, magnificence and happiness.  What’s the real reason for all this deception?  

We know the answer to that question, but we’re afraid to look.  It’s what A Course in Miracles calls “the fear to look within.” Instead, we manage and cope with the unworthiness.  This need not be.  Our holiness is still intact, patiently waiting for us to recognize it.  When we recognize anyone’s holiness we’re recognizing our own.

Today, if you’re with loved ones, I invite you to let all grievances go – place them on the altar and offer them to Spirit for healing.  Put Spirit in charge.  Visualize your day as harmonious, joyful, happy and healing.  Bless everyone on your path.  Practice true forgiveness, compassion and nonjudgmental.  Let the energy of gratitude fill your heart and you WILL feel worthy of the Love that you are.

Then you get to be a Light unto the world and BE the gift that you are!  Now, that’s something to feel grateful for!
