Tired of “wasting” time? Feel like there’s not ENOUGH time? One of the main things we work on in my year-long Masterful Living Course is really proving just how beneficial spiritual practice is. The ego will constantly tell us we don’t have time and yet spiritual practice is the biggest time saver there is – consistently. I’ve proven it SO MANY times and so have so many in my classes.
As soon as people start doing the deeper work consistently, they naturally clear out the patterns and habits that create so much suffering and distress.
Spiritual practice saves time, money and heartache. It really does. When we have a strong spiritual practice then everything flows so much better and easier. When your practice is strong you really feel yourself carried by Grace.
When I was identified with the ego, with a small selfish self, a limited self, I couldn’t believe it that spiritual practice could bring THAT MUCH benefit – I HAD TO prove it to the ego in order to convince it. AND the benefit of proving it THROUGH deepening my spiritual practice gave me the benefit of my realizing I AM NOT THE EGO!
