One of my favorite quotes from Gandhi is, “My life IS my message.”
Gandhi also said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
A Course in Miracles says, “seek not to change the world, but to change your mind about the world.” When we change our mind about the world, the world changes. When we ARE the change, the world changes. No matter what we’re doing, our life IS our message.
True spiritual action is: being the change.
It’s what I call, “walking the talk and living the Love.” And, it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever learned to do. I’m still learning every single day without exception.
Today we start a new Living A Course in Miracles series and our theme is: It’s Time to Rise & Shine: Taking Spiritual Action.
Consider this: What inspires you to make loving choices? What inspires you to be compassionate and kind? Doesn’t it come from the desire of your hear to actually BE loving? The Joy is when we give ourselves the gift of being loving, not when we get something back. The gift is when we’re living the Love. And that’s the gift that we share with everyone because we’re One with them.
