The miracle of Divine Law and Infinite Grace is that it is always seeking to express through me and as me. I don’t even have to think about it anymore. It no longer requires major effort because it’s not far away. Like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, I’ve discovered that I’ve had the power all along. And just as quickly, I am home, in the love of God.
Today I treasure the inspired words of the wonderful mystic, Christian D. Larson, who writes in his powerful classic The Pathway of Roses , “The lilies of the field are all that beautiful lilies can possibly be, and they depend wholly upon the powers divine that are within them. Accordingly, they are an inspiration to all the world.”
Today I resolve to be myself fully and completely. That is my purpose – to be a place of compassion and love, wisdom and beauty, inspiration and clarity, to the very best of my ability in each given moment. Putting my attention on this I know that am in line with my purpose because I am expressing my inherent divinity and not burying it under a pile of worry, fear, doubt, judgment and anger. Today is a day of surrendering to the divine so that my purpose can shine through me.
There is nothing small about the divine and there is nothing small about me. Today is the day I change my life and let the world have the benefit of my purpose – today my purpose is to the perfect giver and receiver of love that I was born to be! Join me!
