When I look around me here in Greece, or anywhere I go I can easily see that all of nature is infinitely creative. It is our spiritual nature to have a desire to express creatively. My creative expression is evidence of the divine expressing through me. When I suppress or block the flow of creativity through my awareness I naturally begin to feel depressed and out of synch with the rest of the Universe.

Creativity is a daily practice not a once a year project. My very life is a creative expression of my Spirit. I can imbue most everything that I do, from cooking breakfast to sending an email, with creativity.

The great artist Pablo Picasso said, “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up.”

Today I take an artistic approach towards my daily activities. I look for ways to reclaim my artist-child and express creativity in what has come to feel like the mundane. I imbue my daily practice of nonviolence with pure creativity. Today I move the world in a direction of peace by giving expression to divine creativity in me.
