I’ve ruined my fair share of family holidays. And I do mean RUINED. I used to have a tremendous temper and if I got set off, I would take everyone down with me. It was so awful. I’m so glad that doesn’t happen anymore.
Having difficult and disappointing holiday times repeating over and over again is an intense cycle of suffering. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned and support others who’d like to really shift that pattern and have lasting healing.
