I used to resist my relationship breakthrough opportunities all the time. It was depressing! I would let healing opportunities pass right on by. I would feel paralyzed to make the change I knew I had to make to have a breakthrough. I was constantly thinking that I had to work in form, push density, and MAKE things happen, but not anymore! Phew! The result is a whole lot of healing going on!
