Like everyone else I know on this planet, self-sabotage has been a part of my life. At times it seems like it was my WHOLE life. Hahahahahaha. I can laugh about it now and that is something I’m deeply grateful for! That’s what happens when you finally release the resistance and begin to harvest the learning from your experiences.
