The more we practice Self-Love, the more clarity we have and the more healing we have. When we’re inspired to care for ourselves lovingly, then we’re affirming our worth and we have more emotional healing. This, in turn, gives us more clarity and more healing. We spiral upwards in our path of healing. One loving choice leads directly to another and another and we rise in Spirit.
Before you know it, you’re less and less interested in self-medication. Instead, you’d like to be awake and aware of the good bits in life. Self-medication is to drown out the emotions we don’t like and to interrupt our healing. When we become committed to rising in Love, we’re breaking the habits of self-sabotage and self-medication by healing the root causes. Love is our healer. Self-Love can accomplish so much so quickly!
Because Love is so healing, we can quickly learn that we’re capable of learning. We’re capable of making substantial changes in a short period of time. Love is a revolution! Please share what you’re noticing – your aha’s and insights in our facebook group!
Now that we’re quickly coming to the end of our 40 days, are you willing to set a goal for your continued healing beyond the 40 days?
As we continue on in our 40 day reboot of Pray & Clear and beyond, let’s continue to look for ways we can be more attentive to our Self-Love and Self-Care without becoming obsessed or fearful of making a mistake. We’re learning and discovering as we go. We’re paying attention to what feels good and what doesn’t feel good and why.
For instance, everything we place into or on our physical body affects us. We can learn so much about what supports our healing and what blocks our healing by simply being observant of how we feel. We can become extremely mindful of what our intention is with every choice we make. We can train ourselves to look for the loving choice in every choice.
In this practice of looking for the loving choice we’re discovering our liberation from a life of suffering and hiding.
Now that you have more clarity, you can feel even more clearly what is motivating your choices, and what the results are of your choices. It’s a wonderful discovery!
After just a few weeks of shifting your eating habits, your energy levels are probably coming closer to whatever is normal for you. More to come! It’s wonderful to discover for yourself that:

AVOCADO, GINGER, LIME SHAKE
From Clean Team
This smoothie is creamy, nutrient packed, satiating and delicious!!
1 avocado, pitted and diced
1 large apple (any variety), cored and quartered
juice of 1 lime
1 inch cube of ginger, peeled and minced OR 1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 cup coconut water OR nut/rice/hemp seed milk of your choice
optional: a handful of ice cubes
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Yum!
