I sometimes get flak for my political activism and comments. I guess some people think that as an A Course in Miracles student I should have nothing to say about the world, but that’s not my way.
I find it challenging to balance the opinions and judgments that I have, which I’m interested in healing, along with my desire for healing, wholeness, and spiritual liberation for us all. And still, I share as honestly as I can, learning as I go.
The illusion is so thick with layers of deception, corruption, hatred, maliciousness, and many other forms of insanity. The more I wake up to it the more astonished I am at the layered complexity of it. I used to feel overwhelmed, but now I feel inspired to keep going and going and going no matter what. I choose Love and the power of Love to dissolve all the layers of ingrained separation thinking.
I choose Love AND I also choose to take action in the world, because that is what I am inspired to do.
Yes, I seek not to change the world but to change my mind about the world.
AND
I am here only to be truly helpful.
I am here to represent Him Who sent me.
I do not have to worry about what to say or what to do, because He Who sent me will direct me.
I am content to be wherever He wishes, knowing He goes there with me.
I will be healed as I let Him teach me to heal.
I feel directed to share, to speak up, to wake up, to dialogue, to listen, and to contemplate.
My teacher, Jesus was a FULL ON activist.
