I used to believe that it’s better to give than to receive. Now, I know that’s crazy ego thinking. Being in tune with the infinite REQUIRES us to be good receivers.
Giving and receiving are really the same. A Course in Miracles says, “To have, give all to all.” Giving isn’t better than receiving it’s part of the same circle.
To be a good receiver, receive. Be receptive. Be receptive to the answered prayer. Believe it or not, this is critical step that many spiritual students neglect because they mistakenly believe it’s better to give than to receive.
The only place there is to receive from is infinite Spirit.
If we’re not receiving from Spirit then we won’t have much to share.
Everything worth having comes from Spirit.
Whether it comes from a person in the world, from the earth or as a thought.
One source.
One supply.
People who withhold Love and kindness often struggle with prosperity, even though it may seem as if they’re abundant. There are many aspects to being prosperous. It’s a good night’s sleep, healthy digestion and elimination. Having a bounce in your step and an easy smile. People can have lots of money and have none of those things.
There’s only one life, one power, one presence. We’re all connected. If we withhold from One we withhold from all, because all IS one. If we have kindness for some, but not for all, we will feel the effect. Our withholding takes us out of the flow of Love. The flow of Love IS the flow of Prosperity. Love and Prosperity are not separable. They are one.
If we close our heart to Love we close our life to Prosperity and Abundance. We may have wealth, but it won’t be enough and it won’t satisfy. That’s just how life is.
True Abundance and Prosperity comes from knowing our connection in Spirit, with Spirit.
If we seek to punish people with unkindness we will feel the lack and limitation being reflected back to us. What goes around, comes around, and it usually comes with increased energy. Especially now, in this time of instant karma. One way to tell if it’s karma: if it bothers you, it’s life showing us where we have some work to clear our heart. Let’s get to it!! No more delays!! We’ve played small long enough.
I like to look for ways to be more generous with my patience, kindness, and respect and in doing so I discover a greater flow of Prosperity comes with the opening of my heart!
Let’s all be PERFECT givers and receivers of Love. That’s true Prosperity, and it’s ours for the allowing. Now is our time to shine and share – and receive! Yes!
