Right now, I’m on my Sacred Sites Tour in the UK with Masterful Living students from the United States, UK, Germany and Australia. We’re having SUCH a good time!
Just think about this:
Some of the people didn’t know each other at all. I’d only met half of the people in person, but have been talking with some of them by phone for years and in class together for years.
We’re spending all day together. We’re a small group. We’re having three meals a day together. We’re walking around the countryside, sometimes in strong winds and rain! We’re on an adventure together and not person in the group has complained about anything in the time we’ve been together. Everyone is LOVING each other and having fun. Even when it’s a bit challenging (wet clothes, strong winds, etc.)
I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to be with a group of people I love, where no one is complaining, everyone is taking responsibility, and people are actively helping each other with EVERYTHING. There’s not one minute of selfishness or unkindness.
I’m not even bothered that I seemed to have killed my (relatively) new iPhone by getting it wet in the rain!
AND we’re having dessert! Smelling the roses! Enjoying the views! The journey isn’t about seeing the sacred sights, it’s really about BEING the sacred souls that we’re born to be. And that is wonderful! It’s really quite beautiful and amazing and it is SUCH a gift.
I feel blessed by each person’s presence in my life each day. I’m so grateful that I say, “Yes,” to things that sometimes seem difficult and beyond my ability. Following my guidance is a gift I give to myself and I get to share it with others.
