A very happy Thanksgiving to you!

It’s my birthday!  I am grateful that we’re connected and we get to share this journey together.

I hope that you have much to be grateful for this year, especially in the way of spiritual expansion and living a more loving and fulfilling life.

Our challenges provide us with the opportunity to steady our mind and to let go of false beliefs.  We may not like the challenges and it may seem unbearable at times, but there’s a tremendous gift that’s available in these trying times if we’re willing to choose it.

I’ve gone another trip around the sun.  I’m celebrating my birthday today with family and I’m grateful for that.

I love that with each passing year I seem to have more clarity on all levels.  I feel stronger and more resilient.  I have more Peace.  I feel more successful.  I have more spiritual friends and connections each year.

One of the very greatest blessings of my life is that I get to know so many people on an intimate level with a strong heart connection. I can feel us all spiraling up together in a most beautiful way.

As I’m celebrating my birthday, I am most grateful for my ever-increasing awareness.  The more I find attachments in my consciousness and let them go, the lighter I feel, the happier I am, the more I’m aligned with truth and Love and it feels good.  This is Freedom.

I feel myself opening up to truly receive the riches of the kingdom – and by that I mean ever-expanding awareness, compassion, Love, Wisdom and the gifts of God.

I’m truly grateful that I chose this path.  I am glad that worry and fear have fallen away to a high degree and that allows me to be a beneficial presence and a safe space for all the many people I dearly love.

I’m grateful that every day is a day for healing and expansion.

I’m grateful for God’s infinite grace.
