Healing is always available if we’re willing. How do I know? Because it comes from within and the only thing that prevents it is our thoughts and beliefs that are out of alignment with truth. Willingness leads us.
In A Course in Miracles we’re told that our willingness is all that’s required.
It’s a willingness to let the false beliefs go.
It’s a willingness to put Love first.
It’s a willingness to know ourselves as God’s own, and forget the story we made up.
It’s a willingness to let the Holy Spirit undo all the consequences of our investment in pain and suffering.
On Friday, I begin my Spiritual Counseling Training Intensive. I do only one of these per year.
Yes, it’s a professional training, it’s also a way to activate and experience tremendous deep personal healing in a very short period of time.
People often tell me that it’s the most healing thing they’ve ever done for themselves.
It takes courage and willingness to do the work we do together. Most people begin from a place of “Who am I to think I could ever be a spiritual counselor.”
What I see is that the folks who become the very best counselors aren’t always the ones you think.
And the ones who allow themselves to have the most healing are not the ones I would think either.
Yesterday, in my Forgiveness Workshop, I saw folks with real determination to heal and transform their suffering, and that’s what it takes. There was a sense of relief and happiness at the end. I was so grateful I’d followed Spirit’s guidance to offer this free workshop.
Willingness, courage, and an ability to laugh – these are the traits of the intrepid.
We have them. Let’s amplify them and show the way. We’re an example, and we lead by example
