There are times when our ability to be loving is less than ideal. This is true for almost everyone and when that happens, it’s so helpful if we can remember to energize the ideal – and to remember that everyone is capable of rising in Love.

Cultivating the ability to hold the high watch means energizing the ideal for someone. It means holding the highest possibility of Love without judgment and with true compassion. This is such a powerful skill to have. It never grows old or tired. It always brings benefits. It is a gift to the giver as well as the receiver.
If there’s anyone who ever held the ideal for you, it’s a gift you’ve received that you can learn to re-gift. This enables you to be truly helpful in this world. It allows you to be a beneficial presence. Isn’t that the ideal?
