As Lightworkers we’re holding the high watch for ourselves and for all.  This is part of why we asked to incarnate at this time. Holding the high watch means that we’re actively energizing the highest and best is always unfolding at all times.  We are actively energizing that the spiritual qualities are active in our hearts and minds, in our lives and expressions in each and every moment.

What are the spiritual qualities?

Peace
Joy
Freedom
Abundance
Wisdom
Clarity
Harmony
Purity
Prosperity
Wholeness
Compassion and more.

These spiritual omni present omni active energies that are our very nature.  A Course in Miracles calls them the “Great Rays.”  In other mystical teachings they are called Sacred Rays or Sacred Flames.

One of my favorite passages from A Course in Miracles refers to the Great Rays as our very nature:

“In many only the spark remains, for the Great Rays are obscured.  Yet God has kept the

spark alive so that the Rays can never be completely forgotten.  If you but see the little spark you

will learn of the greater light, for the Rays are there unseen.  Perceiving the spark will heal, but

knowing the light will create. 5 Yet in the returning the little light must be acknowledged first, for

the separation was a descent from magnitude to littleness.  But the spark is still as pure as the

Great Light, because it is the remaining call of creation.  Put all your faith in it, and God Himself

will answer you.”  T-10.IV.8. 

These spiritual qualities of God are our essence, they are our very being.  We are OF God.  We are in the world, but not OF it.  We are the microcosm and God is the macrocosm.  These spiritual qualities that are the very beingness of God are our beingness too, for we are one, not separate.

We can activate these spiritual qualities at any time.

We can return to an awareness of the truth that sets us free and that’s what we’re doing when we’re holding the High Watch.

A Course in Miracles reminds us to remember our mission as Light workers:

“As the ego would limit your perception of your brothers to the body, so would the Holy

Spirit release your vision and let you see the Great Rays shining from them, so unlimited that they

reach to God.  It is this shift to vision that is accomplished in the holy instant.  Yet it is needful

for you to learn just what this shift entails, so you will become willing to make it permanent. 

Given this willingness it will not leave you, for it is permanent.  Once you have accepted it as the

only perception you want, it is translated into knowledge by the part that God Himself plays in the

Atonement, for it is the only step in it He understands.  Therefore, in this there will be no delay

when you are ready for it.  God is ready now, but you are not.  T-15.IX.1. 

Our willingness is what’s required for us to remember who our brothers and sisters are, and in doing so we remember who we are and we all awaken together.  This is being truly helpful.

I rely each day on my awareness of the Great Rays as our inheritance.  I actively see them awake and alive in through and around us.  I pray for all beings every day.  I pray for you and with you everyday, as I invite you to pray for me and with me, and for ALL every day.

We have our wake up call and we are answering!  We are releasing our vision to the Higher Holy Spirit Self, the mighty I AM Presence so that we can see, know, feel and hear with absolute clarity.  We hold our vision high and in this way we are most truly and profoundly helpful!

Right now, when all that is unhealed is coming to the surface so it can be released, we are being pulled (and pushed) to live our destiny and fulfill our mission as Light workers.  We hold the high watch for all and see the Great Rays shining from them, regardless of what they seem to be saying or doing!  Love is alive in all of us!  The spark is there – when we see it, we ignite it.
