I can remember when being loving and kind produced a kind of “natural high” for me. It was such a shift in my vibration that it felt like a drug induced high. It felt SO good. I only desired to find a way to have more of it.
For a long time in my life, I felt like I was bumping up against an invisible wall that wouldn’t let me make the kind of advancement in my spiritual growth that I KNEW was possible. I felt there had to be some secret code, or some special something that I was missing, but that if I looked hard enough, I could find.
It wasn’t until I decided to go ALL IN for Spirit that I began to feel things really shifting. I became diligent for practicing non-judgment and for releasing the judgments of the past and that’s what let the Love begin to flow. That’s when I began to feel like the invisible wall was disappearing.
All judgments are a block to the flow of Love. I began to recognize that I was like a person who had become used to being dehydrated and only half alive. I had so many judgments blocking the connection to Spirit, to insight and wisdom. Once I focused on letting the judgments go, the Love began to flow and that’s the only thing I was interested in anymore.
As the healing began to accelerate, what I began to feel was what I’ll call the REAL Jennifer.
I had always believed the real Jennifer was basically a bad person trying to compensate for her badness by being loving, compassionate and kind. I believed I was a fake because I had SO MANY unkind thoughts. Can you relate?
When the judgements began to go and the Love began to flow, I discovered a Real Jennifer that was so happy being loving, kind, open-hearted, patient and trusting.
The thing that helped me the most was working with counseling clients and couples as a spiritual counselor. Working individually with people, I learned so much. I had a strong intention to see their Beauty and perfection that I began to be able to also see mine. I began to REALLY understand how the mind works and how the patterns begin and how they could be unwound and released forever.
It wasn’t until I was WILLING to see that everything, everything, EVERY THING worked together for my good that I could actually experience it. I had to be willing to follow the guidance I was getting in order to be led to what would truly be my answered prayer.
Letting go of the false beliefs about myself that were a false construct, like armor around my true Self, my Higher Holy Spirit Self, brought me to a place of actually loving being me. I really enjoy being myself and I feel that I’ve finally let go of the idea that I’m bad.
I am grateful to see and know more clearly than ever that everyone and everything is perfect.
And that includes YOU!
