Today’s my Dad’s 89th birthday. Happy birthday, Dad!!

Now, let me tell you a story that has nothing do with him …

A friend of mine was skiing. She fell, her ski popped off, and it shot down the mountain like a missile. It hit a woman in her thigh, slicing it open badly. A major artery severed, blood everywhere.  The woman had to be taken down the mountain by paramedics and rushed to the hospital for surgery.

Everyone who witnessed it thought, “What a horrible accident. That poor woman.”

But what if you knew that woman ended up marrying the paramedic who rescued her. They fell in love on that ambulance ride down the mountain. They built a beautiful life together. They lived happily ever after.

Is it still a terrible accident?
Or is it the universe’s rather dramatic way of introducing two souls who needed to find each other?

From our limited human perspective, we can’t see the connections. We can’t see in all directions of time and space. We can’t know what anything is really for.

A Course in Miracles asks us: “Who would attempt to fly with the tiny wings of a sparrow when the mighty power of an eagle has been given him?”

We spend so much energy trying to figure out why things happened the way they did.
Why did they betray us?
Why did we lose that job?
Why did that relationship end?

The ego analyses, our Spirit already knows.

We search for causation, for someone to blame, for a way to make sense of the pain. But here’s what I’ve discovered: we’re looking in the wrong place.

Synchronicity is when events coincide in time and appear meaningfully related, but don’t seem to have a discoverable causal connection.

We call these moments coincidences, but here’s the truth that’s changed everything for me: everything is synchronicity.

Everything is perfectly orchestrated, always. Very often, it’s difficult to see it from our human perspective – and sometimes we don’t want to see it.

We’re often trying to understand infinite synchronicity with our finite minds, and it’s impossible.

This is where forgiveness becomes essential.

When we hold onto our interpretation of events – when we stay convinced that something shouldn’t have happened, was wrong, was a mistake – we block ourselves from seeing the synchronicity that was actually at play. We prevent ourselves from recognizing that everything in our lives, even the most painful experiences, was for our good.

We can’t understand it from the level of the personality.  We have to be willing to rise up.

I’m not saying that harmful things don’t happen. I’m not suggesting we bypass real pain or pretend everything is fine when it isn’t. What I’m saying is that our interpretation of what happened – the meaning we made of it, the story we told ourselves about what it means about us and our lives – that’s what keeps us suffering. Not the event itself, but our refusal to consider that there might be a bigger picture we can’t yet see.

In our true Reality, everything is synchronous. Everything is synchronicity. Because it’s all God, all Love, all perfect orchestration.

The very nature of reality is synchronicity, alignment, perfect alignment, always, always, always. We just can’t see the cause from the human perspective. But from the spiritual perspective, there’s perfect causation, always.

When something painful happens, we have a choice.
We can spend years trying to figure out why,
trying to make sense of it,
trying to find someone to blame.

Or we can say, “I don’t know what this is for, but I trust that everything is working together for my good. I’m willing to release my interpretation and allow the bigger picture to reveal itself when I’m ready to see it.”

That’s not spiritual bypassing. That’s not denial. That’s wisdom.

That’s recognizing that we’re part of something infinitely bigger and more beautiful than we can comprehend from our current vantage point.

When we’re willing to forgive – to release our attachment to our limited interpretation – we open ourselves to experiencing the synchronicity that’s been there all along, patiently waiting for us to notice.  We become available to more of the good that is always available to us.  We feel more worthy of it.

If you’re ready to release your stories about what should or shouldn’t have happened and discover the synchronicity that’s been guiding your life all along, join with like-minded souls for my FREE Forgiveness Workshop TODAY, January 11.

We’ll practice letting go of our limited interpretations so we can see the perfection that’s always been present. And if you’re feeling called to help others make this same shift – to guide them from victim consciousness to empowered recognition of divine synchronicity – my Masterful Living Program will give you the tools, practice, and community support to become a powerful agent of transformation. Your willingness to see differently is all you need to begin experiencing the miracles that are always available.

Today In my Free Forgiveness Workshops, (I’ve got one today, and Sunday) we learn the healing practice of letting go without looking back. Because the new habit that sets us free is refusing to reattach to old meanings.

We must decide, ourselves, now, that these pain patterns, that these beliefs, are no longer valuable to us. And in my Masterful Living Program, we support each other in making this decision stick, day by day, choice by choice and letting the painful patterns go forever. If you have any interest in Masterful Living or any other program I offer, and you have questions, you can book an Exploratory Call with one of the Quantum Counselors who’ve done the programs and can answer your questions. It’s a free call.

We begin Masterful Living January 26, register early, and receive beautiful bonuses. Click here now to Learn more about my Masterful Living Program.
