People often like to know how to live their purpose and fulfill their purpose.
Here’s what made a difference for me:
Understanding that:
- Demonstrating the power of Love
- Living the power of Love
- Shining and sharing the power of Love
- Witnessing the power of Love in our brothers and sisters
This IS our purpose.
We make it so complicated, don’t we?
We think our purpose must be some specific career, some grand achievement, some particular way of serving.
But A Course in Miracles makes it simple: We are here to be truly helpful.
And how can we be truly helpful?
By relinquishing all attachments to illusion and delusion, the stories we’ve made up and projected onto ourselves and others.
That’s it. That’s the whole game.
We’ve been created to do this perfectly. Not through our ego’s effort, but through our willingness.
Our willingness is all that’s required.
Every single day gives us new opportunities to see where we can offer up the blocks to Love.
Think about it:
If everyone on this planet simply focused on removing their blocks to Love, what would our world look like?
If we all committed to being a loving presence, to seeing the Love in each other even when it’s hidden—wouldn’t that transform everything?
This is why I named my ministry the Power of Love Ministry.
Well, actually, I didn’t name it—I was told what the name would be.
I was sitting at Agape listening to the choir sing “The Power of Love,” and that little voice, the still small Voice for God said:
“That’s the name of your ministry.”
Because the Power of Love is what we’re here to remember and demonstrate:
Love is the only power.
It’s not just a theory. It’s the very nature of the power that God is and that we are.
Your purpose isn’t somewhere “out there” waiting to be discovered.
It’s right here, right now, in your willingness to be Love in action.

NEW ACIM PODCAST EPISODE: All Hatred is Self-Hatred What if the thing you’re most afraid of isn’t pain, loss, or suffering?
In this episode, I turn to one of the most startling passages in A Course in Miracles – Chapter 13: The Fear of Redemption – and what I found there is not what I expected. With so much hatred, division, and disinformation swirling in the world right now, I share a raw and honest post I wrote about my own experience with rage – and the connection I’ve discovered between self-hatred and everything we see playing out around us.
I explore a line from the ACIM Text explaining that we’re not actually afraid of what we think we’re afraid of. Something much deeper – and much more beautiful – is what we’re really running from.
I also share the single moment in my mid-twenties that changed everything for me – one sentence I heard myself say to myself.
If you’ve been feeling the weight of the world, come join me. There’s a way through – and it might surprise you.
