I have been so profoundly inspired by the Christian mystic, Christian D. Larson, and in particular his book Pathway of Roses. In the Living A Course in Miracles classes last week on Healing Lack & Limitation – I quoted a favorite passage that I’d like to share with you. When I first read it, I felt deeply inspired. I’ve read it so many times and it continues to uplift me. His clarity is so palpable:
“Be not anxious for our life.” Live your life according to the very highest light that is within you; use fully and well all the powers that you have received; give your best to the world at all times and under every circumstance and depend upon the Infinite for everything that existence may need or desire. You will receive it. You need not be anxious about anything.
God is greater than anything have faith in Him and He will see you safely through. Things go wrong only when you fail to be your best and fail to take God with you in everything will go right. The Lilies of the field are all that beautiful lilies can possibly be, and the depend wholly upon the powers divine that are within them. Accordingly, they are an inspiration to all the world.”
Love & Gratitude – these are the keys to our good life, our God life. These can express in abundance and like will attract like. Let us deepen our practice of Love & Gratitude and appreciate all of the wonderful people in our life, today and everyday.
