So many people come to me asking “How they can I alleviate my suffering?” and “How can I make the pain stop?” I notice that when I tell them exactly how, they don’t shift immediately and change the choices that they make that create the pain and suffering. I understand that – I’ve been there and done that. If you notice that you’re suffering in anyway, it’s simply this: You are choosing to believe something that’s not true. You are in the habit of creating suffering. To get out of it you MUST create a new habit. That’s exactly why I teach the classes that I do.
